“A customer contacted us to request a roof inspection due to concerns about early signs of deterioration. Upon inspection, it was noted that the flashing in the valleys shows signs of deterioration, which can allow water to penetrate the roofing system and potentially lead to internal water damage, mold growth, and structural issues if not addressed. Additionally, there where some areas of moss and lichen growth on the roof surface, which can retain moisture and accelerate the breakdown of roofing materials. It was also observed that the gutters require cleaning, as debris build-up can impede proper water drainage and increase the risk of overflow and water-related damage to the fascia, soffits, and surrounding areas.”
